These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lightspeedsavings.com (the "Site"), operated by Light Speed Savings ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Our services

Light Speed Savings is an independent technology and telecommunications advisor. We help businesses evaluate, compare and procure services from third-party providers. We are not a carrier, reseller of record or service provider. All services are provided, billed and supported by the applicable provider under that provider's own agreements, terms and policies, which govern your relationship with that provider.

2. Compensation

We may receive commissions or other compensation from providers and distribution partners for services you purchase through our referral. This compensation does not increase the price you pay the provider.

3. No guarantee of results

Any savings estimates, quotes, comparisons or recommendations are based on information available at the time and provided for informational purposes. Pricing, availability, features and service levels are set by providers, vary by location and may change without notice. We do not guarantee any specific savings, outcome or provider performance.

4. Not professional advice

Content on the Site is general information only and is not legal, financial, tax or engineering advice. You are responsible for reviewing provider contracts and making your own purchasing decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, design and code, are owned by Light Speed Savings or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site for your own business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party marks and links

Provider names and marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their display does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Information you submit

You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or harmful content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to scrape or collect data from it.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHT SPEED SAVINGS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OUR RECOMMENDATIONS, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER'S SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Light Speed Savings from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
